Pros
Diverse projects with Nyserda & SCA where you learn alot everyday. knowledgeable senior staff leading the firm and driving it to where it is at today. Firm is rapidly growing and expanding from a 50 to 100 employees within the next few years. Keep up the good work guys.
Cons
Projects can be repeated or challenging depending on the department. But other than that very cool place to work for.
