Pros
The EMPIRE staff is very diverse in cultural heritage and age. The executives do a great job of reinforcing your efforts and support the ambition to learn new skills.
Cons
In the music business, nothing will ever be perfect. Compared to major labels, EMPIRE runs a smooth sailing ship. The biggest con is that some processes take a little bit longer in time than is ideal.

Autonomy (to a point). EMPIRE notoriously throws some of the most epic industry parties.
Cons
Where do I begin? I'm no newcomer to the industry. Having worked for labels much bigger than EMPIRE, I have never experienced the level of toxicity that I experienced here. Boys club culture & nepotism. Overpromises & underdelivers. Employees are used & discarded. Undervalued. Technology is severely lacking. Management lack leadership skills. Truly disappointing in the lack of diversity in senior management.
