      Quickly Growing/Exciting Company But Upper Management Lacks

      Room for growth, Fun events, people are passionate about what they do

      Cons

      Toxic work environment, pay not the best, very clicky, upper management who don't care about 95% of their employees, driven by negative reinforcement

      The company's foundation us built on an impressive vision and good values. Really awesome business model and the CEO has always proven himself to be a great visionary.

      An independent company such as EMPIRE can experience growing pains as it scales and expands it's bandwidth.

      A lot of agency and freedom to try new things.

      Cons

      A lot of work, slow promotions and they beat around the bush with compensation. Upper management also has little to no management experience & plays weird mind games.
