Pros

Culture of Empowerment Work/Life balance is a priority Remote Capability Competitive pay Unlimited PTO Transparency and open communication from the CEO down I love being a part of a company that truly cares for each other, will open their wallets, their homes, and their hearts to each other when needed.

Cons

The pain points caused by the fast growth of the past couple of years are coming to light.... but I've seen everyone admit to the mistakes, make plans for improvement and begin to implement them.
