Pros

They offer 18 days paid time off your first year. It's easy work, and a relaxed environment with nice facilities and great training.

Cons

The low pay is discouraging, and you have a better chance of getting promoted than getting a raise worth anything. And once you get promoted, you will probably be on salary and working overtone for free.

Pros

The hours are flexible, and they foster a pretty good environment of having fun where you work.

Cons

Management only cares about their little buddies, and unless you are one of them, chances are that you will not make it very far at all in this company.

Pros

Good health care benefits, education reimbursement, one day of community service per year, peers are usually willing to help others.

Cons

Low compensation, upper management is disorganized, corporate communications are erratic, inconsistent internal project needs, employees are forced to do work that is well beyond the scope of their position and therefore an inefficient use of time.
