Pros

The new Leadership team have worked really hard to gain stability after a period of instability. It seems to be paying off. The C-19 storm was weathered well. Let's see what is in store with the threat of energy shortages in EU due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine this coming winter.

Cons

ENGIE is pivoting with its new corporate and that means a lot of change.
