Pros

Decent benefits--for a single person. Paid time off and sick leave. Paid annual Volunteer Day.

Cons

Mid-level management is pushed for numbers and not to develop staff for positive growth. Hard to change positions if you aren't friends outside of work with someone higher up, a great deal of favoritism.

Pros

Company paid treat days and lunches that the senior management will serve you to say hey we are here for you.

Cons

Overtime all the time, weekends worked on short notice, it's a numbers game, work family life balance doesn't exist, training is almost nonexistent for mid entry level jobs.
