Pros
I've worked with a few different kinds of groups, and the good ones are solid.
Cons
The managers, all across the board, suck up way too much to customers even at the cost of their teams. Some groups are complete hell and their idea of learning is to read through a bunch of manuals and somehow understand everything. You'll get yelled at for not doing things no one has ever brought up before. Again, depends on the customer and group you work for, but not a great experience overall. The people are very corporate. Only really know how to talk about work or superficial things. Starting off is fine, but staying here for a year plus you'll understand why it's so bad.
