Pros
If you show up and show you know what you're doing and keep pushing you will be rewarded. The PM's and PE's are all fantastic in data solutions and personable, it made working here easy. Awesome first job for resume building if you get the right projects.
Cons
Lack of competitive pay, many people I know including myself left and got sizeable raises. If your interests lie outside your project scope of work you'll get little billable time to work on developing new solutions. Moving goal posts.
