      Pros

      Lots of chances to move around and/or add to your area of expertise, obtain higher levels of responsibility, etc. You will never be bored working here!

      Cons

      WILL WORK YOU TO DEATH!! It's typical for this field to have harsh deadlines, but their expectations are unrealistic. Most of the team leads are aware that they do not have the employees available to handle their current workload, let alone take on new jobs, yet they constantly outbid their competitors for new work and basically just act like they have everything under control when they are absolutely drowning. By far the most stressful working environment I have ever been in (I have three previous engineering jobs)
