      The training available is a joke. The managers didn't have anything for us to do, I got passed around from manager to manager without getting a message from the new manager. You're expected to sit for several hours at a time in a silent teams call, waiting for a trainer to join. This job was a massive waste of time and stunted my ability to get into the work force.

      Due to high turnover, director-level employees are 30 somethings with very little management experience and training. The company's worst kept secret is that you have to bring another job offer to the table in order for Entrust to counter and offer you a higher title and salary. It happens daily. The company is constantly doing re-orgs to (unsuccessfully) solve issues. CEO is two-faced. Kind to employees' faces, unpleasant behind closed doors. Staff-level bonuses are pitiful, well under $5-10k, even for high-achievers.
