      People work for good managers

      Pros

      Pro. Enjoyed a lot of my coworkers even those that weren't on my team. Work was interesting. Can learn a lot if you can handle the cons. Learn learn then find a better place.

      Cons

      No clear ways to move up or get raises. They string you along. Reviews are very skewed and will haunt you through your time at the company. Team Managers struggle to manage. The let employees get away for stealing time while others ask for help with work they don't.

      Pros

      Here are the only pros: Generous PTO: 200 hours starting, after 5 YOS 240 hours, 10+ YOS - 280 (this includes holiday, personal time, sick, vacation, etc.). Half Day Fridays: keep in mind, EN will work you to the bone. There is no work-life balance here. Be careful when they sell you on this. 401k matching: it’s more generous than most companies. Working Hours: you can start your day whenever. Be careful on this too. If you are an early bird and your manager is late, they get upset when you’ve put in your 8.75 hours straight (no break) and it looks like you’re leaving early to them (because they started their day late).

      Cons

      There are many - please take this into consideration before accepting a job here. Toxic Culture: mass layoffs - your job is not secure here (yet, you are told the business is thriving), EXTREME NEPOTISM, no mission, vision, and values - you are just there to drive profit. Morale is for the pits. People treat each other awful and with no dignity or respect. Culture here needs so much help. The building is outdated and the only parts that were remodeled were for the big wigs. You are promised promotion and management preaches that they will help you move forward in your career, when they hardly give two minutes of their time to you. Leadership lacks - if you expect a mentor, you will not get one because they are all in it for themselves.
