      - Great switch to at home working for vast majority of the company during the pandemic. - Flexible management teams - Decent starting PTO once hired full time from Contractor - Half day Fridays

      Cons

      - Low pay - High Deductible on Insurances

We also aim to provide a competitive total compensation package consisting of base pay, benefits, time off, and bonus potential for most team members. We benchmark our insurance plans against industry standards each year to ensure we’re offering competitive benefits and will continue to offer a variety of insurance plans from which employees may chose.

      Biggest Waste of Time of my Entire Life

      I wouldn't know, I never got the chance to actually start.

      Cons

      Barely respond to emails, no empathy or compassion shown for a situation they put me in. Offered a job in May, start date was set to August 3. Ten days prior to that, delayed indefinitely and unresponsive on email. Weeks go by with little information except to reassure me that I still have a job. Finally a week and a half after the final reassurance, boom, I have no job.

We work continuously to offer a workplace where people can gain real world, educationally relevant work experience to start and grow their careers; however, the oil and gas downturn at the beginning of the year and then the onslaught of Covid-19 left the company with some very difficult decisions to make.       Great Atmosphere

      Pros

      Good atmosphere and management. Career goals and plan discussed quarterly or every other quarter. Good benefits and PTO package. Paid OT.

      Cons

      Long hours, but it’s worth the extra effort for a quality project submittal.
