Pros
Generally nice people to work with, did get half days on fridays, or every other one off.
Cons
Virtually no real communication on how to progress and move forward. You were hired for one thing but placed somewhere else, which might not have anything to do with the skill set you were brought on for. Very cliquish and hard to actually talk with the people you needed to. The job was more of a Call center then anything else. Hopefully it has improved since then.
