Pros
Flex hours, PTO structure, flexible schedule. Only pros are basically HR-related.
Cons
Training is a joke, it's on the fly and you're just supposed to be proficient without any type of feedback. Management styles vary greatly between PMs, some overly and unnecessarily micromanage, causing unneeded stress. Promotions are not based on skill or work, rather on how long you've been there, who you know, or what your popularity status is. Too many cliques between departments, but that happens when everyone is so young. Events have been cut, raises are becoming less and less, promotions are lessening, people are being fired or quitting left and right, and employee morale is plummeting.
