      Pay seemed good, option to do "9/80" schedule was nice.

      Cons

      While on a "team" of four or five usually just felt like a team of one. Work duties were often extremely varied, especially because work was feast or famine many times. Oftentimes work would be done on a project and not given review until the very end leaving many opportunities for mistakes and misinterpretations. Even when work was done and extra effort was put in, it never seemed to be rewarded or acknowledged.
