      Pros

      The work is consistent and never runs dry, not boring either. Everyone is always willing to help one another when they have time. The bosses seem to care about their immediate employees.

      Cons

      It doesn't matter if you show immense growth and potential in your field, you need to be with the company for at least a year before they will bump you up. Raises are solely percentile and the higher-ups don't want to see raises at high percentages, ever. The bosses' boss thinks of you as a replaceable number.

      Pros

      Good work-life balance with the ability to work from home. Continues to grow through acquisitions.

      Cons

      The pay is well below the industry average, and the end-of-the-year bonus is a joke. Merit increases don't keep up with the cost of living and inflation. Not much training is available either to help advance your career.

      Cons

      Boring / monotonous and time consuming work Not much actually engineering I haven't found one person here that loves the job, it's more of a job to pay the bills Lower pay then most companies in the same industry/location (not competitive pay)
