      Great backlog of work PTO is nice Overtime there when you need it Depending on the office the type of work you do can vary and increase your knowledge of various clients in the Civil industry Great CEO

      Cons

      Disconnect from upper management and midlevel management When you become familiar with a type of work, you're pinholed into doing strictly that type of work Compensation for hardwork and dedication is no difference from that of other employees doing the bare minimum of work "Teams" aren't teams, usually 2-3 people doing the jobs of several people
