Pros
I had the opportunity to train on solar/battery installation feasibility study work and make updates to distribution reliability projects that were already submitted by other teammates. It felt like a paid 8 month training program.
Cons
Little to no work was available and was told that the work would be coming, but instead got let go due to no available work. I would not recommend joining their power distribution planning department. The benefits were terrible, but the yearly compensation was great.
