      Pros you get connections to get a better job somewhere else.

      Cons

      Bad work environment. Leaders throw you at jobs with little to no training and get upset with you for not knowing how to complete the task. Underpay compared to other companies. Will promise you promotions but wont happen. Dont work here if you value your time or career. Very low pay compared to other contractors and has very high turnover rates meaning you will be forced to be in charge of more than your original job description for no pay increase.

      - Flexible schedule means working constant into the late hours - Difficult to manage any work life balance -Very deadline driven - Complete work by any means necessary environment
