I joined the company with strong motivation and professionalism, but my experience quickly became very challenging due to poor leadership and lack of accountability at the management level. I was subjected to unfounded performance accusations that were not supported by facts or documentation. Instead of constructive feedback or support, performance concerns were used as pressure, creating a hostile and stressful work environment. As a result, I chose to resign voluntarily to protect my professional integrity. Unfortunately, I later learned that my departure was initially misrepresented internally as a performance-related release, which required correction. I would not recommend this company to professionals who value transparency, fair treatment, and ethical management practices.
