      Pros

      Flat organization, in a good market (pipelines). Access to all levels of management. Diverse group of disciplines: civil, structural, electrical & controls, mechanical.

      Cons

      All the typical cons of a consulting group: always hustling for work, the pressure of deadlines, fluctuating workload, etc. I've been in a few engineering firms and this is better than most, far better than some.

      Pros

      Get paid for every hour you work there, including overtime. Pretty easy upward mobility. Relaxed work atmosphere.

      Cons

      Dress Code. Lots of boring, mundane tasks. Often times efficiency is not stressed.

      Pros

      EN Engineering has a great benefits program with good paid time off and half days on fridays. The people are good too

      Cons

      The work at EN engineering can be boring at times and the pay could be a bit higher. Also management should encourage good work more.
