      Large Expectations, Little Support

      Pros

      WFH and PTO policy are great. You bond well with the people that are in the trenches with you.

      Cons

      You are in the trenches fighting for your life almost every project. C-Suite: Lack of Leadership (everything is "delegated to PMs). They have unreal expectations without providing the actual support the department needs to be successful. No such thing as a promotion, you are largely just given the extra responsibility at your current pay/title.

      I found out in short order that I needed to bail from this organization, and did so.

      Cons

      1)Horrible Management 2) Overstated corporate Technical capabilities 3) Held by private equity 4) Absolutely no employee development. 5) No technical domain experience in Power Generation

      Pros

      Those under management were actually very helpful and we helped each other out in times of need.

      Cons

      Management did not care about the treatment given to me by a higher up coworker, and HR also did nothing. Management in this position only cares about your numbers and how it looks on them...not your treatment or your mental health while working under so much stress.
