Pros

Great exposure to lots of other industries who want to adopt VR. Chance to work on the next big thing. Talents colleagues and work-life balance. Open culture and flat organization. International multi-national company to broaden your horizon.

Cons

Very high "technology stack" using proprietary system/engine. Slow in adopting new technology, and afraid taking risk. Sales culture in company bone, and focus too much on short term profit. Too much competitors, and market entrance is lower than good old days. Software is Windows only.........

Pros

Software was not hard to learn, was an at-home job so I did not even have to leave my living room when I got an assignment

Cons

Exchange of money was not always consistent or accurate, not much potential for upward mobility, still a very raw operation though there seems to be potential to get real big real fast

Pros

Great communication before projects be approved and during roll out. Enthusiasm and cooperation of the team.

Cons

No rewards for the extra work done, not in cash nor in personal compliments. When project gets to the end, CEO and partners forget about you and your work. They're too focused in just making more money.
