-Mangers and hire ups don’t care about you -Recovery specialist and a few Counselors seem to be the only ones who truly care about the patients and there wellbeing -NEVER enough staff -The pay is atrocious for everything you do and go through here. -Rules and regulations seem to change everyday -Supervisors have there favorites and if your not one of them you will be taken advantage of -The drama between all staff is awful -There would be 2or3 Techs on and when needing help the managers and supervisors are to lazy to get of there butts to come help.

This field in general has taken a plummet in the last decade. It is egregiously apparent that profit has become more important than individuals, particularly in the healthcare system. The client's needs are not getting met, but that is largely NOT the fault of the people that are working in the facilities. Workers are consistently overworked, underpaid and undertrained, and if there is ONE field that people should NOT be undertrained, it is a field where the workers are dealing with hurting, vulnerable adults. This company's idea of "fully staffed" is laughable. Their diversity training is a joke; it is akin to saying "be nice to people". There is little to no training on trauma informed care, which is evident in the level of care BIPOC communities get. And it's laughable that the same corporation that owns a facility that is primarily funded through private insurance and has luxuries such as equine therapy would be the same company that runs other state insurance funded facilities that get NOWHERE NEAR the same level of luxuries these other facilities do. It's exploitation and classism at its finest. This sends the message that if you have enough money to pay for private insurance, you are entitled to a higher level of care. Most addicts DON'T have that kind of money. This sends the message as a CEO that you do not really care about the well-being of your clients; you are genuinely only concerned with profit.
