I have worked for Meridian Behavioral Health for 7 years, I have seen the company open up an endless amount of advancement opportunities for employees. Meridian is one of the fastest growing behavioral health organizations in the country and they will always look internally for advancement as they grow.The administrative team is highly educated in the field and great to work for, the CEO is down to earth and promotes that employees contact him directly with issues or new ideas. Client care is always at the utmost importance in all of the decisions for the company, and it shows in outcomes and client satisfaction surveys. The staff are great and have a strong passion for helping not only the clients learn and grow but each other as well. My experience working here has been beyond great, and I hope for many more years with the company!

Cons

Meridian is growing rapidly, finding staff at the speed of growth has been a challenge for some of the sites.

I work with the greatest group of people and believe in what we do. It was my first job out of college and I haven't even considered looking elsewhere! I get paid to do what I love with people that make it fun! I feel supported by my coworkers and management.

Cons

Wage is good but would rather it be great!
