Everything! I love the clients, my coworkers, and my boss. My coworkers are like my extended family and the support we give and receive from each other is unbelievable. I always feel respected and heard by my supervisors and my peers. My boss believes in rewarding hard work.

Cons

We are almost and hour away from all the other Meridian facilities and it is hard to get help from the other programs when we have staff shortages due to medical leaves or vacation days.

I work with the greatest group of people and believe in what we do. It was my first job out of college and I haven't even considered looking elsewhere! I get paid to do what I love with people that make it fun! I feel supported by my coworkers and management.

Cons

Wage is good but would rather it be great!

Rewarding, Flexible, and very fun clients. The job is great for someone who needs to help someone to feel a sense of accomplishment.

Cons

Some of the staff cause politics and it can become very sticky. There tends to be some illegal activity, depending on the facility.
