      Pros

      Epam Systems is great to build the career there , with great values. - it provides you any trainings you want to participate (either internal, with the personal mentor, or external - supporting with payments for the course cost). - Epam values employee first, ensuring the one can grow in the company, can have work-life balance (even in tough times, like lockdown, war, or personal issues); - the salary rise happens quite frequently and is competitive with the market salaries. - the environment is great. All mature employees are great professionals, and they are ready to mentor younger employees, give support and share experience.

      Salary is lower compared to similar positions in other companies. A lot depends on the specific project and management which may vary greatly depending on the team and the client.
