1. Terrible PTO & sick leave 2. Awful management from a team one on one aspect. 3. I was fired based on my performance review and yet not a single person ever mentioned to me that I was doing a bad job. When I got my review I didn’t get below a 3 out of 4. The 2 issues on there could have easily been fixed or explained had someone ever told me!!! I then randomly received another bit of feedback a week into being unemployed, that was from months ago THAT ONCE AGAIN NO ONE SPOKE TO ME ABOUT. All of this without explanation or examples. Just fired. I was mourning the death of my beloved cat all summer which could explain some things but NOPE, no one asked or told me. I was not put on a performance plan or anything. I feel like I am being gaslit. I showed all my feedback to my previous mangers and they were shocked I was fired for it, especially since no one mentioned it to me. Being fired was the first I heard about any of it.

Pros

Epam focuses on people, uncovering their latent needs, desires, and motivations. Motivated emloyees are able to create user experiences that engender preference and loyalty, and in-turn, deliver business results. I feel that I have more power than ever before, I have a lot of options to select from (projects, none-projects opportunities, internal and external trainings with valuable certifications) Epam contributes a lot to personality and keeps employee happy and proud to be part of the great, diverse Epam family

Cons

Sometimes I feel lack of information on Epam growth and future plans, demand, new projects etc.
