Offices are well-designed, comfortable, and conducive to productivity, creating a pleasant working environment.

Cons

The salary review process is infrequent and can be challenging, typically occurring only once a year. The adjustment range tends to be limited, which may not fully reflect individual performance or market changes.

Cons

Job security can feel low; sometimes it doesn’t feel like you’re a valued part of the product or company. There is a “replaceable employee” mindset at times, which can make you feel you need to stay constantly on guard. Employee input and ideas are not always given much weight. Compensation, benefits, and perks are on the lower side compared to market standards. Inflation adjustments to salaries are not regularly applied, unlike other companies in Turkey.
