none, if you dont like having a personal life and you like to be worked all the time for little or no overtime pay and a bad salary to boot.

EPB is the best community I have ever worked in. The environment is supportive and you are able to learn and grow.

Cons

The pay scale is a little under area average so even though you may love working here, it can be difficult to justify staying with the low pay scale.
