      Pros

      The company is one of the best to work for in the area. They offer great benefits from day one to full time employees, their pay is competitive, and the culture is great. EPB is big enough to have a lot of offer, but small enough to still get to know everybody and really feel like a community.

      Cons

      It's a utility, so depending on your position, if there is a storm or blizzard, you're going to have to work.

      The culture of the company, explained in professional power, is unlike any other. Working at EPB is becoming part of the family.

      There are honestly no downsides that I have experienced working at EPB. It is a truly amazing company to work for.

      Pros

      Benefits are amazing, facilities and perks (catered food) are definitely a plus and they really cared about their employees and their families

      Cons

      I didn't feel the training period was long enough to learn everything desired. The shifts were a little odd, and working a Saturday every now and then wasn't ideal.
