Focused to much on work outside of the scope of the local community. Little room for growth unless you are willing to wait many years.

Pros

Second star is for health insurance only. Pay is adequate for Chattanooga, not great, and not worth the work environment. Company was relenting about finally doing some hybrid when I left but didn’t like it.

Cons

This company has the hardest glass ceiling I have ever seen. No amount of work you do will ever matter, no matter how high quality it is. Appreciation and recognition don’t exist. The retirement package sucks.
