      Pros

      99% of my coworkers were career professionals. I worked with a awesome group of experienced, personable dudes. There is almost always plenty of work. If you are a childless single man, come build your savings account. ALSO, fiber side of epb; you have not and will not encounter a better/down to earth supervisor than Mike. I’m not sure I’m allowed to call out people with definitive identity, but if you know, you know. Across multiple telecom jobs I can genuinely say I’ve never had a better boss.

      Sometimes the workload is a little too much for MY taste.

      Pros

      They have some incredibly good benefits as far as insurance and annual leave go.

      Cons

      There are not many opportunities for movement in the company. Promotions are few and far between if not destined for it from the start. Leadership has ideas that are seemingly detached from reality occasionally.
