Pros
Excellent, dedicated employees who are customer-focused. Innovative environment that is not satisfied with simply being a public utility. Creative group of people looking to provide leading edge technology solutions that benefit the community and help propel Chattanooga forward nationally.
Cons
Limited perspective at the senior leadership level. Tension exists at the senior-level between a forward looking, progressing management style and a paternalistic, "utility company" mindset. Leadership isn't sure whether this is 1950 or 2050.
