I have to say that I'm very lucky to be a part of such a great and exciting company. I've seen the company grow but it hasn't changed how the company treats its employees. I have never been anywhere with colleagues this intelligent, this motivated, this caring and this awesome. Everyone here is simply amazing to work with and extremely supportive of the team. We are all encouraged to learn new skills and I was even able to get my Microsoft SQL Certifications here. The Solutions Director is very technical and is accessible to everyone in the company. Each and every day that I work at EPE leaves me with a feeling that I want to work here forever. Everyone cares about your happiness, both personally and professionally, and wants you to succeed. The culture is simply wonderful! When I joined this company a year back, I was totally new to the culture and didn't know anyone either. Everyone made me feel at home, made me part of the family so soon. Because of their strong support and help , I could successfully complete one year period in the company. Last one year has been extremely rewarding, productive and I have grown professionally. I loved the tremendous growth opportunities here and challenges which were great learning experiences. I also made some great friends for life here. I highly recommend this place to work. Especially if you are young and want to learn and grow, this is where you should be.
