Great workplace, great opportunities

Pros

The location is very good, there are world class professors and the research is very high quality. We have access to all the high-tech equipment that we wish to access. There are a lot of job opportunities after graduation.

Cons

The workload is almost always demanding, but that is pretty much the same for any good PhD programme. Lausanne is a rather small city and not that lively.
