Pros

Great team members - very fun place to work out of college. Reasonable comp for strong sales members especially for a first job.

Cons

There are great managers that can help you a lot, but some tough managers to work with also. It's a tough grind for anyone that isn't prepared to dig into a process and follow orders to a T. Easy to move up in title, but gaining new responsibilities is tough when everyone does the same thing.
