Working at EPM Scientific was a horrible experience. Horrible training, cocky and arrogant managers, unlivable salary, and just an over all toxic environment. No wonder there is an extremely high turnover.

I was immediately put on a phone and given a list of clients to call - with little to no experience talking to C-Suite Executives or who I should talk to.

Cons

No training, and aggressive sales targets to make less than minimum wage. Hard environment to adjust to and effort by management to change the culture.
