Pros
The schedule was flexible and they only cared that the work got done. Salary is fair.
Cons
Management at individual locations have too much authority and it creates inconsistencies between locations. 2 people with the same responsibilities in different states can have totally different experiences. The corporate location has cliques and you're either in or your out. If you threaten to quit you'll get an immediate raise which rewards people who aren't dedicated nor loyal. The Ops. Mgr. hires his friends and family which creates cliques in the field. The field techs are given free education to further their careers, office staff are offered limited tuition reimbursement, this gives the feeling of a caste system between the techs and the office.
