Great work environment with experienced, hard working coworkers. Salary is above the national average. Flexibility in work schedule when not traveling.
Cons
Flat architecture of company isolates each employee as an island, causing encouragement of individual accomplishment rather than team work. Company has no marketing or business development team or management team causing work load projections and supervision to be nonexistent. These insufficiencies have lead to extreme peaks and valleys in work load which has caused employment stability to suffer.
