Compensation trends over the past few years have been difficult for all companies to navigate. Epstein is doing its best to monitor the market and adjust accordingly.

3yOur New York office has been growing tremendously over the past two years and we are thrilled about the team that has formed.
We understand that work can be done remotely; however, being together fosters employee growth, knowledge transfer, betters mentoring and collaboration. Plus, we love being with our team. Our people are the best part of Epstein and we like to have fun together.
Like most companies, communication is always a challenge. We continue to learn from employees' feedback and adapt.
