      Pros

      This place has really strong talent, lots of people of people are nice to be around. They had some cool events sprinkled here and there, the half day Fridays are a nice benefit too to allow for a work life balance. The engineering teams overall are a thrill to work with, smart group for sure.

      Cons

      High turnover rate, stressed staff, low morale, and tight strict deadlines. Seems much of what was said in previous reviews over 7 years ago still holds today. And no one addresses the turnover publicly, as if it doesn't exists. A lot of ideas get pushed under the rug, and there is a lack of transparency.

      Our staff has definitely risen to the occasion over the last few unprecedented years. It has been a lot for everyone. The workforce has been very unpredictable and Epstein, along with the entire AEC industry, has been struggling on how best to respond. We encourage staff to continue to bring their ideas to management and push to get the ideas implemented. We are all in this together!

      We hope you continue to recommend Epstein and bring in more great staff. Our new Director of Construction is implementing new software, processes and training to add consistency and accountability to the department. This investment is sure to pay off in the near future.
