You are right, our year-round 1/2 day Fridays are our most beloved benefit. Our total benefits package is more comprehensive than many of our competitors. We continue to monitor our place in the industry with regards to compensation and benefits and make appropriate adjustments. I have worked at Epstein for 3.5 years and have great things to say about the staff and the work we do. Management is responsive and available to staff's needs, and the culture is entrepreneurial. Informal mentoring opportunities exist at all levels if you seek them out. Diversity of work allows for interesting and daily challenges. Half-day Fridays year round is a great perk! Not demanding of extreme overtime commitment, and non-salaried staff is paid for 100% of overtime when needed. Also it's a 100% employee-owned company. Cross-discipline exposure is a definite plus

Cons

As with many business in this market segment, lack of diversity remains a challenge. Brand may be misperceived in marketplace due to multi-disciplinary projects.
