Everyone is very supportive and they help you grow with training opportunities. There are plenty of promotional opportunities too. I like that they prioritize family and safety. The pay and benefits are competitive. They help out in the community and they show appreciation to the employees often.

Cons

The hours in the winter time is the only con. We work 12hour shifts but that should be expected in this industry especially in the winter time.

EQT is the most tech forward O&G company I have ever worked for. They really embrace all the technology available in the industry. There are tons of trainings for employees to increase their skills and obtain certificates in any area they want. Benefits are great. They are also fully remote for most support positions.

- Great culture where you feel like the company actually cares about you and your wellbeing. - Groups work well with each other and have mutual respect. It feels like you're working on the same team, which isn't always the case is some companies - Competitive pay - Feel heard by management - EQT takes pride in transparency at all levels - Remote work!

Cons

- A bit understaffed, but better to be busy in this industry!
