Pros

I love the daily tasks I have to complete. I really like the works schedule it allows me plenty of time to do my job and still spend time with my family. This is the best company I have worked for. I left antero resources to come here and I don’t regret it at all. I never have to work about work clothes we have a generous amount of money we are able to spend for clothing and boots. It’s all a round a great place to work I even got another former antero employee to come join the EQT crew!

Cons

Don’t really have anything I can complain about.

EQT is a fun and engaging place to work. EQT supports and values family life. The 9/80 schedule is a significant benefit.

Cons

Not everyone who deserves a promotion is able to receive one due to hierarchical constraints. Not all managers are aligned with the organization’s culture.
