Pros

Great company to work for. They really care about their employees and treat them right. Excellent pay and benefit package.

Cons

The only cons I have with the company is that it can be difficult to move up the ladder. Small to no growth and long retention doesn't leave room for upward mobility.

Cons

Training was terrible. They expect you to learn the entire company system after sitting with an intern for a few hours. You have no direct duties. You have to find work. The employees were very catty and stuck up.
