Pros

ER2 is a fantastic place to work. The culture is amazing, focusing on serving others and continuous improvement, among other things. The people are kind and genuinely care. Management is awesome, and they have a culture where you don't feel the restriction of a hierarchy. Anyone and everyone is not only allowed to share ideas, or feedback, but is encouraged to do so. They provide many avenues for you to give feedback, include anonymous feedback. The benefits are very nice, from healthcare to even pet insurance among other items. They have regular team building events(i.e. bowling, trivia night, parties, even axe throwing!). They are a great place to build experience and skills, and you know that you aren't just another employee, you feel like you're part of a team, or as we often put it, the ER2 family.

Cons

Starting pay was lower than I expected for the position I was hired for. Still, the benefits were worthwhile. While we do get raises annually, the maximum guaranteed raise(based on performance reviews) is 5%. With cost of living increasing this isn't much. Due to the unique nature of the company's structure, there also aren't many opportunities for things like promotions.

Pros

ER2 prioritizes employee growth and well-being. From the start, you'll experience a supportive environment where your development is encouraged. Regular one-on-one meetings with my manager provided valuable opportunities to discuss career goals and receive personalized guidance. The company also invests in employee development through initiatives like personal development workshops and even opportunities to volunteer to help give back to the community. Something that I personally appreciated was that every few months, you'll have the opportunity to lead the daily morning meeting. It's 10-15 minutes using structured Google Slides as guidance (trust me, it's not bad at all). After a couple of times, you'll feel so much more confident about speaking in front of people - which is an invaluable skill set.

Cons

When I started working at ER2, I was young and I assumed that all companies should have everything perfectly figured out. However, I've come to realize that perfection is rarely attainable and isn't even the goal. Continuous improvement is a value engrained at ER2, and open communication is the key to that value. While some companies may shy away from acknowledging mistakes, ER2 actively encourages employee feedback and strives for continuous improvement. Management genuinely values employee input and provides multiple channels for feedback, such as anonymous surveys and regular one-on-one meetings. This open communication fosters a culture where employees feel heard and valued, and the company can continually evolve to better support its people.

Pros

I enjoyed the company culture and LEAN initiates.

Cons

I honestly can not think of any. My experience here was pleasant for the most part.
