Pros

People are friendly, minimal oversight

Cons

Policies are crazy. 100% work from home, but require a covid vaccine and proof of tests every week even though I was already vaccinated, if you don't provide proof you are written up and put on mandatory leave. You have to submit a request to travel even for the holidays or vacations due to covid, so imagine your work telling you no you can't go see your 90 year old grandma for Christmas. Way too controlling, Steer very very clear, there are other research and remote positions out there with way higher pay.

Pros

Excellent training that equips you for other jobs both with them and in the pharmaceutical industry. Good working conditions. Fair market wages.

Cons

Can be very busy. Some days or weeks involve long hours (most do not). If you are smart and motivated they will work with you (including helping with childcare etc). If you are uninterested and sloppy they will warn you a few times and then let you go
