My time with ERG while short was an absolutely incredible experience. During my tenure with ERG I learned many valuable things as a professional and as an individual. The leadership that I experienced was phenomenal and was always available for assistance and mentor ship. I will miss the people and the flexibility at ERG but I was offered an unbelievable opportunity that I couldn’t refuse. I will always hold a special place for the people and the time that I have had at ERG Flexibility of hours during the day, great benefits, excellent leadership and mentors

We are like family and we are there for each other no matter the level of positions. We all pull together. I have also learned so much from my boss. She is a great mentor.
